Construction health and safety software
Risk assessments drafted for you, permits to work, incident reports with the regulator's deadline.
The safe way becomes the easy way.
Risk assessments
Risk assessments and method statements, signed before work starts.
RAMS describe the hazards of an activity, the controls in place and the safe sequence of work. Workers acknowledge them before starting.
Incidents
Report an incident or near miss in under a minute.
Report what happened, where and who was involved. The classification sets the investigation steps and whether the regulator must be told, and by when.
Permits to work
Hot works, heights, confined spaces: issued, timed and closed.
A permit to work authorises a high-risk task for a set time. It can only be issued to people holding the right certificates and must be closed when the work ends.
Inductions and certificates
Who is inducted and whose certificates are about to expire.
Every worker completes the site induction before their first clock-in. Certificates such as first aid or scaffolding have expiry dates and reminders.
Toolbox talks
Short safety talks with attendance on record.
A toolbox talk is a 10-minute safety briefing before work, usually on this week's risks. Recording attendance proves the briefing happened.
PPE issue log
Who was given which protective equipment, and when to replace it.
Record every hard hat, boots, gloves, harness or respirator issued, with the date it should be replaced. It proves workers were equipped if there is ever an incident.
Safety audits
Scored site safety checks, with the trend over time.
Walk the site with the checklist and score each area. Anything below standard becomes a task. Scores over time show whether the site is getting safer.
Environment log
Waste, spills, dust, noise, water and fuel on site.
Record waste removed (with the transfer note), spills and how they were cleaned, dust or noise complaints, and water and fuel used. Many permits and green-building ratings ask for this.
