Yes. Posting, comparing bids and managing the project with your builder costs nothing. Companies pay to respond.

How many bids will I get?

We cap bids at 15 (25 for public tenders) so companies know their effort has a real chance. Most jobs get between 3 and 8.

Do I have to accept a bid?

No. You can cancel at any point; bidders get their credits back.

What if I don't know the budget?

Choose 'not sure', or generate a BoQ from your drawings first so you know what a fair price looks like.
